Third party browser are dropping support for Java and may not work with the OnPolicy software. We suggest using the OnPolicy Client to access the system.

• OnPolicy Client: Download OnPolicy for Windows.
• Internet Explorer or newer Edge is the preferred browser.

• Google Chrome

Supported Document types

Documents or files that can be imported, edited and saved in OnPolic (by Editors) include:

• Any document format (.txt, .doc, .pdf, .jpg, etc.)

PDF Releasable Text Documents

PDF supported conversion file types are those documents that can be released through the workflow (submitted, reviewed, etc.) into OnPolicy for Readers to view as a PDF :

• Microsoft Word (doc, docx, dot, dotx)
• WordPerfect (wpd)
• Rich Text Format (rtf)
• Plain Text (txt)
• (X)HTML1 (html)
• OpenDocument Text (odt)
• OpenOffice.org 1.0 Text (sxw)
• VIDEO files are not supported

PDF Releasable Spreadsheet Documents

• Microsoft Excel (xls, xlsx)
• Comma-Separated Values (csv)
• Tab-Separated Values (tsv)
• OpenDocument Spreadsheet (ods)
• OpenOffice.org 1.0 Spreadsheet (sxc)
• Lotus 123
• Quatro Pro

PDF Releasable Presentation/Graphics Documents

• Microsoft PowerPoint (ppt, pptx)
• OpenDocument Presentation (odp)
• OpenOffice.org 1.0 Presentation (sxi)
• OpenDocument Drawing (odg)
• 25 different graphic formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, etc)
